I admit it now. It's the cold time of year, nearly... winter. There, I said it.
I'm feeling kind of "minus tide" lately, and it gets so damn dark so damn early now. By six, it's night. This happens every year: I forget this happens every year.
Biz is, for me, pretty much dead until January. In spite of that, a flurry of emails blew all over inboxes today after a single email showed up that got a few of us bouncing up and down and babbling about possibilities of Bigger and Better things next year. It zipped in like a meteor, totally unexpected. We went "OH! -- Did you see that?!..." It would be fantastic if it meant more stars were going to light up the night.
Chilly mud. Even the clams are quiet now.
